ARTLESS is an enterprise based in Los Angeles founded by Alejandro Artigas in 2004. At ARTLESS we make contemporary craft furniture, we pursue a modern, timeless design language; specially sourced materials and the highest American manufacturing, we aim to deliver quality and longevity in our designs, products built to last, both in terms of construction and style. We don't advertise, we don't do press, we don't talk about what we do, we do it.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are manufactured in Los Angeles and all our suppliers are based in the US.

What is CS?
ARTLESS Commande Spéciale is our design variation service specifically tailored for the creation of unique and one-of-a-kind ARTLESS production pieces.
What is Custom?
ARTLESS CUSTOM service offers the opportunity to customize the size and finishes of our products offering a truly “tailor-made” product that’s custom-designed and made exclusively for you.
Do you do Custom work for individuals?
Most of our Custom work is for commercial projects although from time to time we take individual projects in consideration. Some of our commercial clients include: Hilton, Hyatt, Westin, Pendry Hotels, Fox, Marriott, Netflix, Google, Facebook, MTV, among many, many more.

Not every retailer carries every piece, so send us and email with what you are looking for and your location, and we’ll get back to you with further information.

Is any chemical flame retardant used on your furniture?
Our upholstery pieces can have flame retardant components and we use various degrees of synthetic or natural materials.
Does ARTLESS ever have regular stock on the shop?
No, our shop functions like a market place where we sell special editions, prototypes, floor models and a few other surprises. For a regular stock visit our retailers page.

Do you do installations?
We offer installations based on the delicacy and complexity of the project.
All wood is a product of nature and it may contain natural characteristics like color and grain variations, checking, splitting, mineral staining, tapering and wane. We embrace this characteristics as we think they give personality to every piece.
What is CS Editions?
CS Editions are a collection of internal remixes that we have done for different projects.
What is CS Variations?
CS Variations are variations of our regular series that were born from the trade program.
What is CS Unique?
Some times made from inspiration and some times for custom projects, CS Unique are speciality pieces that we keep around just as reference of what we have done and what we can do.
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Custom and special projects cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item you you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Returns must be within 30 days of receiving the product and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned in its original condition. All refunds exclude shipping costs.
At ARTLESS, shipping and handling charges are based on your order. In order to meet your unique needs ARTLESS offers two different options: Standard and White Glove.
Delivery to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment door). The typical delivery window is 5–10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Tracking number provided. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.
White Glove Delivery
Includes a scheduled appointment with the customer with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operation (Saturday and Sunday where available), delivery inside the home and placed in the room of choice (main and second floor), unpacked and packaging debris removed from consumer's premises, Thirty minutes of light assembly in the home. The typical delivery window is 8–12 business days from the day your order is shipped. Includes Tracking number.
All of our shipping needs are handled by American West, FedEx and UPS. Shipping is based on size and quantity of your order.
